Steps

Add paneer in a mixi along with semolina, cardamom & food colour & make a smooth batter, rest it for 10 minutes

Now in a saucepan add sugar & water heat it & make 1 string sugar syrup & also add lemon juice to it

Now pour panner batter in a polythene & cut to make a small hole in a corner of the polythene

Heat ghee/refined oil in pan make small rounds of jilapi with the help of batter polythene

Fry jilapi's from both side till crisp

Then put fried jilapis in sugar syrup & deep them for 10 minutes

Remove them in a plate garnish with chopped pistachios & serve
