Steps

Wash the carrots throughly scrape and grat them.

Heat a pan put 2 tbsp ghee and add grated carrots, saute for 5-6 minutes.

Add milk and stir well. When milk dries up add sugar and remaining ghee ghee, mix well.

Finally add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder another cook for 2 minutes than switch off the flame.

Serve hot.
