Steps

Wash and slit brinjals in cross leaving bottom intact

Mix all the dry masalas in a bowl mix well and stuff inside the brinjals

In a wok add oil when hot put brinjals and let them simmer on low flame by covering it lid
- 4
After 5 minutes turn brinjals upside down and cover the lid and let them cook when you find brinjals are cooked and tender high the flame for 2/3 minutes so extra water will evaporat and brinjals will roast

You can make stuff by adding ginger garlic and chill paste in your dry masalas I have not stuffed that
