Steps

First put curd in a cotton cloth and hang it for 2 hours.This will remove all the water from it.

Then put it into a bowl and whisk it for 10 minutes until it becomes creamy.

Now add powdered sugar to it and whisk again for 5 minutes.

Now add chilled milk and all the chopped dry fruits and cardamon powder, saffron and mix it well.

Let it cool for 2 hours in freeze. Serve chilled.
