This traditional prawn recepie is Dad’s alltime favourite. Prawns in a creamy tender coconut and mustard paste cooked in tender coconut shell is a total bliss.

Steps

Cut the top of a tender coconut. Collect the water. Scoop the malai. Make a smooth paste of malai with coconut water.

Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric powder. Heat oil in a pan. Light fry the prawns.

Same pan fry chopped onions till they are translucent. Add ginger- garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell gone. Add chopped green chilli. Add salt, sugar turmeric powder. Fry a little while.switch off the flame. Add mustard paste and cream. Mix well.

Marinate the fried prawns with the paste. Leave for 5 minutes.

Fill the marinated prawn inside the empty tender coconut shell. Cover and seal it with atta dough. Cook in microwave high for 8-10 minutes.

Let it cool. Enjoy it with steam rice
