Take a Chikpea flour in a mixing bowl,add water and mix till lumps dissolve. Make a batter thin, add more water and mix it well

To add spices to the batter add, salt, coriander powder, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix all ingredients well.

As veggies add tomatoes, capsicum,green coriander leaves.(capsicum optional)

Heat pan to make Chikpea toast. Add 2 to 3 tsp oil in pan. spread the oil in pan.

Take 🍞, spread a little batter over it. Put it to roast in a pan.keep the batter layered side downwards, layers the top with batter the same way.

Keep the flame low 🔥. Cover and cook on low flame for 3 minutes then check it pure some oil on it.and flip the toast.

Cover and cook on low flame again, prepare all toast likewise.

Then all set the toast is ready to serve hot 🔥.

Serve with green chutney, ketchup and with coriander leaves for garnish.
