
Cooking Instructions

Put onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and chili peppers in a food processor to make it juicy and liquidy.

Pour the juice in a big bowl. Add salt, chili powder, and coriander powder to the bowl. Mix in the meat until well blended.

Leave in fridge to marinate for at least 4 hours.

Shape the meat on skewers or without skewers. You can also shape them into circle patties for burgers.

Bbq for at least 8 minutes up to 20 minutes maximum.
