Combine all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl like boiled sweet potatoes, chopped coriander, chopped ginger and green chillies, peanut and sesame powder, bhune chane ka powder, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt

Mix them well with a fork, the mixture will become like a dough

Make equal sized balls from the dough, flatten each ball in your palm. Heat oil in a pan, on low heat, and place the kebabs in the pan. Roast them on low heat, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes light brown from both the sides.

When done, then arrange them in a serving plate. Serve them hot with hung curd dip, tomato sauce and green chutney, garnish with some chopped coriander and chaat masala
