Ingredients

  • 250 gBambino vermicelli
  • 1onion
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspudad dal
  • 1twig curry leaves
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tbspgrated coconut
  • 2 cupsboiled water
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • Salt as per taste

Steps

    Boil water.In kadhai add oil, mustard seeds,curry leaves and udad dal.Let crackle

    Now add onion and green chillies.cook for 2 min.Now add vermicelli.Roast for 2 min

    Now add sugar and Salt.Add boiled water and coconut.cook for 1 min.
