  • 1 cupwater
  • 1.5 tsptea(chai patti)
  • as per tasteSugar
  • 2elachi
  • 2black peppers
  • 2Laung / cloves
  • 1Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tspsaunf
  • 2Tulsi leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a pan,,add water,,add saunf,elaichi,tulsi,cinnamon,laung and pepper..

    Now add chai patti

    Add sugar and comes to boil

    Add milk and comes to boil

    Now after 2 boils slow down the flame and cook until it reduced to 2 cups.or 6-7 mins on low flame.

    Your immunity booster chai is ready,, serve with papad and enjoy.
