Coconut Malai and Rice Phirni

Make itcoarse powder of rice in a mixer jar.

Heat milk in a thick bottom pan.

Add rice powder and cook. When rice is cooked and milk is thick add in sugar and coarse paste of coconut malai. Add in saffron strands.

Cook until combined and thick.

Serve hot or cold. Add some almond shaves and Tulsi leaf. Serve.
