Peel the mangoes. Remove the seed and cut off the pulp.

Boil 2 cup water in a vessel and add mango pulp to it and let it be tender. Add black pepper and ginger and covered it.

After 7-8 mins uncovere the vessel and check the pulp. If ready turn off the flame and the pulp cool down for a while.

Place the pulp in a mixture jar along with sugar and fennel seeds. Grind everything finely.

Strain the mixture through a sieve discard the thread and fiber of mango on the sieve and add 5 cups of water in it.

Take mint leaves and a cup of water in a mixture jar churn it little. Now add this mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt, cardamom powder. Mix everything well. Ready to serve
