Ingredients

  • 1full kienyeji chicken
  • 2large onions
  • 2larger tomatoes
  • 1green capsicum
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 litrechicken stock

Steps

    Cut the chicken into parts

  2. 2

    Boil the chicken for 30 mins

  3. 3

    Fry the onions until brown and add the rest of the spices

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and add the chicken leaving the stock

  5. 5

    Fry for 15 minutes then add the stock

  6. 6

    Leave to simmer for another 15 minutes and serve hot
