Chocolate Banana Tea Cake

Super easy and yummy cake for lovely evening tea parties..
Steps

Add banana, sugar, oil, vinegar and vanilla extract together to a blender and make a fine purée.

Sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt together and mix the banana purée to this. Mix gently by cut and fold method and add the crushed chocolates too.

Add the ready mix to a greased 6-8 inches round pan and place on a pre heated gas tandoor.

Check it after 25-30 minutes and take out if toothpick immersed in the cake comes out clean.

Let it cool completely and cut in desired shape and pieces. Enjoy with evening tea or coffee..
