Ingredients

15 minutes
10 servings
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 2 ounceevaporated milk
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tbspmelted butter
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 10small slices of cheese
  • 10small slices of ham
  • 10small slices of hotdog

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift flour.

  2. 2

    Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar).

  3. 3

    Mix all wet ingredients (egg, milk, water, butter, vanila)

  4. 4

    Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Grease moulds with oil.

  6. 6

    Pour batter til 3/4 full.

  7. 7

    Top with cheese, ham and hotdog.

  8. 8

    Steam in already boiling water for 15 minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove from heat.

  10. 10

    Allow to cool before removing from mold.

  11. 11

    Remove from mold and enjoy!
