Sift dry ingredients and combine (flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar).

Mix wet ingredients together (egg, oil, vanilla, milk, dissolved coffee in 1/2 cup hot water).

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well for about 8 minutes.

Grease mold with oil.

Pour batter to mold.

Steam in already boiling water for 45 minutes.

While steaming, prepare the frosting. Combine cocoa, flour, sugar and milk.

Cook in a pan for about 8 minutes low heat. Keep stirring to prevent the bottom from overcooking.

Add butter and vanila.

Cook for additional 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Once the cake is cooked, remove from heat.

Let it cool and remove from mould.

Slice it horizontally such that there will be 2 round cakes.

Apply half of the frosting on top of the half slice as filling.

Put the other half on top of it and apply with the rest of the frosting.

You can design the cake top with designs you would like.

Regrigerate for 3 hours and enjoy!
