Boondi Raita is one of the best curd item for the meal.
Steps

Mix besan, rice flour & salt. With help of water make

Heat the oil for frying.

Now with the help of jhara (spoon with hole) pour mixture in the pan. Attaching pic for reference.

Fry for one or two min. And take it out on kitchen napkin, to remove extra oil.

Once boondi cools down completely then store in air tight container.

One advice before making raita just soak boondi in water for 1-2 minutes. This is for homemade or packet boondi.
