Ingredients

2Diced English Cucumbers
1/2 CupPomegranate pearls
50 GramsFeta Cheese(crumbled)
2 teaspoonLemon Juice
1 tablespoonOlive Oil
Microgreens handful (optional)
to tasteSalt and Pepper

Steps

In a mixing bowl, add cucumber and pomegranate, give a gentle toss to mix.

Add in the feta crumbles, mix again.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, mix till incorporated.

Transfer to a bowl, garnish with some micro-greens and serve.
