2raw mango
4 spoonfennel seeds
2 spoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt and red chilli powder
2 spoonkalonji (nigella seeds)
1 bowlmustard oil
2 spoonfenugreek seeds (methi dana)
2 spooncoriander seeds

Firstly take all ingredients wash mango And soak it And cut it now grind all ingredients

Now add salt turmeric powder And red chilli powder in it And mix well

Now add oil add mango pieces And mix well lastly add oil And fill in a jar after 2 days it is ready
