Par boil sprouts keep aside

Heat oil in pan add onions paste saute it to light golden in colour add garlic ginger paste saute it add tomatoes puree mix it cook till tomatoes done and oil separate from sides

Add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt mix it properly add missal masala add water and sprouts and cook it completely make consistency as per taste

Serve with Namkeen pav chutney vada enjoy it
