2 tbspcumin seeds (jeera)
2black Cardamom (Elaichi)
1 tspChaat masala
2 tbspDegi Mirchi powder
1 pinchhing/asafoetida
1/2 tea spoonfenugreek seeds (methi Dana)
3 cloves(Laung)
7-8Black pepper (Kali Mirchi)
1 teaspoonMusterd seeds (Rai)
3-4Dry red chilli
to tasteSalt
1/2 teaspoonAjwain (Carom seeds)

Now take a pan add all spices

And dry roast for 3 to 4 minutes ya Nice aroma come out

Now remove the plate and Let it cool

Now transfer the dry roast masala into Mixi jar and blend like powder
