  • Hungcurd4tbsp
  • 3 tbspLemon juice
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • 2 tspVinegar
  • 1 tspChkn tandoori powder
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • Chkn 1 and half

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chkn with all the given ingredients for at least 2hrs

  2. 2

    Put the chkn in pot with some cooking oil...cook it on low flame for abt 15 min....then change it's side and again cook it for 15 mins...then dry it on high flame....after that shallow fry each piece for abt a min from both sides and serve it
