To a bowl, add flour, salt, oil and the water. Knead the dough util ready.

Cover and let it rest for 1/2 hour

Roll the dough into a small long tube and cut into very small balls

Roll the small balls, one by one to make small circles

On each circle, apply one spoon of oil evenly and dust the top with flour. Then cover with another circle

Roll out until thin and round. To a dry hot non sticky pan on fire, roast the rolled out dough.

Divide it and cut it into quarters

Wrap you samosa sheets into a towel and keep them in a fridge
