Collect ingredients for making Veg Cutlets.

Mix all ingredients as shown in pictures

Add Corn Flour and make dough for cutlets.

Grease mounld and prepare one similar sized cutlets.

Wrap in bread crumbs. Shallow Fry on medium to low flame

Shallow Fry till cutlets turns golden.

Prepare Burger as shown in pictures.

Put a layer of Mayonnaise, green chutney

Green Chutney, Garlic Sauce

Tomatoes Ketchup, Lettuce

Veg cutlet, Kheera

Tomatoes, Sprinkle Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Flakes.

Green Coriander Leaves. Put top of burger and is ready to microwave, preheated at 200 dc.

Microwave for 20+20 seconds first. Then 10 sec. Serve HOT with Hot Tea or Coffee.
