Beans Poriyal stir fry
A simple sidedish for lunch.
Steps

Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dal and bengal gram.

After colour changes to golden add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.

Next add onions and saute till translucent. Add the chopped beans.

Add salt and turmeric powder. Give a quick stir. Sprinkle water cover with lid and cook till done
- 5
Open lid and when it's dry without water mix the grated coconut.
