Ingredients

  • 2 cuppreboiled or leftover rice
  • 2 tbspgrated cheese
  • 1 tbspsweetcorns kneel
  • 1 tspgreen chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbspchopped onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tspchilli flax
  • 1 tspmix herbs
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • Rice flour for coating
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add all the ingredients except oil and rice flour.Mix well.

  2. 2

    Now divide in equal portion for making balls.

  3. 3

    Grease your hands and shape the balls.

    Now heat up the oil coat each ball in rice flour and place in hot oil.fry till golden at medium high temperature.when it done take out from oil.

    Serve hot with mayo dip.
