Cut potatoes into fingers. Add salt as per taste. Make fries by shallow frying the potatoes in oil. Take them out in a plate. Keep separately. Similarly cut onions and capsicum into cubes and add black pepper and salt and fry them in little oil.

Marinate chicken with any tikka masala powder available in the market and cook it in some oil. Then take a piece of charcoal and burn it in flame. When it turns red keep it in a steel bowl. Pour little ghee on it so that smokes starts coming out and keep the bowl in the chicken pan and cover the lid for 2-3 mins. This will give the chicken a nice smokey flavour.

Remove the charcoal and add ketchup, soya sauce, little water and chicken cube to the chicken. Cook it nicely till it is nice dry gravy (not much gravy).

Now take a dish. Add fries then add veggies then add chicken and then cheese(mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese). Add quantity according to your liking. Add mayo ketchup sauce (4 tbsp mayo and 4 tbsp ketchup mixed together) and honey mustard sauce (3 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp mustard sauce mixed together).

Sprinkle with oregano and garnish olives. Bake for 5 mins.

The mouth watering dish is ready to be served.
