To make sindhi Biryani, first we have to marinate the chicken.

For marination,yoghurt, garlic, ginger paste, whole garam masala, ground garam masala, tomatoes, potatoes and fried onions, coriander leaves and mint leaves,green chillies are to be marinated for 1 hour inside the chicken.

In a pan, we have to heat the oil and put all the marinated chicken in it and make a gravy.

Another pot is to heat the water and add whole garam masala and oil and salt and boil it.When the water gets hot, basmati rice has to be poured in it. Basmati rice should be 75%-cooked.

The first chicken gravy has to be put in a separate vessel and the rice layer is to be applied on it.Repeat 2-3 times.

After the final rice layer will be done, add tomato sliced and fried onions and food colour and green coriander over it and steam it for 20 minutes.after 20 minutes.The biryani is ready to serve.
