Ingredients

35 minutes
3-4 servings
  • halfkg chicken bonless
  • oil for frying
  • salt as a taste
  • 2 tblsall-purpose flour
  • 3/2 tblscorn flour
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegr
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • manchurian sauce
  • 2garlic cloves thin cutting
  • 2 tblsoil
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tea spoonvinegar
  • 1 tspchilli sauce mix 1 teaspoon chilli ketchup
  • halfcup noraml ketchup
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tblscorn flour desolve water to thick meterial
  • vegetables optional
  • halfshimla mirch
  • 1small onion peices only
  • 1peice cuting spring onion

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Bonless chicken cut in cubes and wash it

  2. 2

    Chicken bonless add vinegar soya saice chilli sauce salt and keep a side for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    After10 min add egg corn flour all-purpose flour mix it very well

  4. 4

    Take one deep pan and put oil to fry chicken wehere done it all mixture

  5. 5

    When all chicken fry dish out and keep a side

  6. 6

    Take another pan put 2 -3 tbls oil add garlic small peices and brwon it add all manchurain sauces cook 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Add all vegetables cook 3-4 minutes..add mixture for corn flour where in desolve it water and when starting toh thickness add chicken fry cook 5 min in low flame

  8. 8

    Last garnish spring onion green leaves very small cutting and garnish it😊
