In Mexico City, there's a place near the Plaza Mexico bullring where they make some very famous but not very affordable tacos. I thought of trying to make them myself, and they turned out great.

In Mexico City, there's a place near the Plaza Mexico bullring where they make some very famous but not very affordable tacos. I thought of trying to make them myself, and they turned out great.
Cooking Instructions

In a pan, add a bit of lard and sauté the cecina or tasajo, then cut into cubes about 1 cm (1/2 inch).

In the same pan, add the rest of the lard and add the onion and bell pepper, cut into cubes about 1 cm (1/2 inch).

Add the chorizo or longaniza and let it brown.

Incorporate the meat and let everything season together.
- 5
Serve with corn or flour tortillas, crumble some pork cracklings, and add lime and hot sauce. I hope you enjoy them. 💞🐬
