  1. 500 gground beef
  2. Canola oil
  3. 1large onion, minced
  4. 2garlic cloves, crushed
  5. 2table spoons onion soup powder
  6. 1 cantomatoes, cubed
  7. 1 containertomatoes paste
  8. 1/4 tea spoonchilli flakes
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. 1 tea spooncumin
  12. 1 tea spoonsmoked paprika
  13. 1 canbeans

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the onions in a little oil until the onions are golden

  2. 2

    Add the garlic and the beef and fry until the beef has been cooked

  3. 3

    Add the onion soup powder and stir

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes, tomatoes paste, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, cumin and paprika. Cook and stir for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the beans and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes
