In a sufuria...add your omena..and then water

Bring to boil for 5 minutes

Remove from heat...drain out the water...

Then wash again in cold water...when done...put your omena in a plate..and pour out the dirty water

In a non stick pan now...add enough cooking oil...let it heat up

Then add omena... gently turn then spread all over the pan...cover and let it cook on low heat

Then give it sometimes...open the lid..turn again...till it's golden brown and crunchy...

Remove from the pan and leave the remaining oil(we'll use it for our onions and tomatoes)

Now to your pan with the oil..add onions and sauteé...

Then add the grated tomatoes..cook until it's thick and well cooked..

Add your omena.. gently turn them...let it cook for 2 minutes... remove and serve with hot ugali😊♥️😋..
