Rinse 1 cup dal and soak in two cups of water for 3 to 4 hours.

The moong dal will swell or double in size. Discard the water.add the moong dal in a grinder and add garlic cloves and green chilli. Grind to a smooth paste.

Add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well. Heat the pan add scoopful of batter towards the Center and giving a round and even shape.

Cook on medium flame. Drizzle few drops of oil around the edges of the chilla. Flip it and cook till golden brown.

Now make the stuffing for tacos. Heat the pan and add mustard seeds. When crackle add onion slices.

Saute for a while and add all veggies. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, chat masala and salt to taste.Let cool it.

Now take the chilla and spread sehezwan sauce on it.

Then fill the stuffing on one side of it. Fold it and again put on tawa for 1 minute.

Garnish them with grated cheese and tomato sauce.
