I have never tried this. This is the first time I have made this. A very simple and easy one. I have add some ginger julines into it. This is optional.

I have never tried this. This is the first time I have made this. A very simple and easy one. I have add some ginger julines into it. This is optional.

First gratte the mango. Add the ginger Julian (rough Julian not fine one). In a bowl take the gratted mango add salt, mustard and sauf powder,turmeric, red Chile and kashmiri chilli powder. Mix them well

Now in a kadai add mustard oil. When it hot add the mustard seeds when it splatters put off the flame add the methi, sauf, hing and awjin. Now add the hot oil to the gratted mango. Mix them well. Now add 2 cup of vinegar as preservative. Now keep it cover in a vessel for 2 days. On the 3 Rd day put it in a clean dry jar. Or you can keep it in the sun also.
