Ingredients

  1. 1meduin Avocado, cubed
  2. 1/2 cupquinoa,cooked
  3. 1/2 cupRocca/aragula
  4. 1/4 cupChick peas, drained and rinsed
  5. Dressing:
  6. 6tbps Olive oil
  7. 2 tbsplemon juice
  8. to tasteSalt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the quinoa.

  2. 2

    Cut the avocado,then prepare the other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix all in a bowl then put in plate. And serve.
