Mix salt,haldi,lal mirch,zeera in baisan & mix well with water. Not runny & not thick
- 2
Wash palak leaves.chop of long stalk if present or end tips in small leavez.add leaves in baisan. Leave in baisan for few min

Heat oil at medium.roll palak pata in baisan & add in oil. Fry till golden from both sides
- 4
When golden take out from oil.keep at oil strainer or kitchen towel.

Serve with chutney of your choice & tea. Enjoy your evening
