Ingredients

  • 500 gmPalak
  • 100 gmsoya chunks
  • 2onion
  • 6tomatoes
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1,small piece chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
  • to taste, Salt
  • 10 green chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker put oil add chopped onion fry till colour changes light brown add garlic and ginger add chopped tomatoes, green chillies cooked for 5 mins now add palak,salt and turmeric powder whistle for 5_6 times

    Take a fry put oil,when oil is heat fry soya chunks..keep aside... Open the cover of cooker mash with masher than add soya chunks whistle for 2 times....Serve with chapati or rice
