Boil Sela rice with zarda colour and orange peel in water.

Once done strain them.

In a pot add ghee,cardamom and cinnamon stick. Then add sugar,and some water and stir until sugar dissolves

Once sugar dissolves add boiled Sela rice and put it on sum.

Once the sheera dries add khoya, asharfis,kewra water and let it be on slow flame for 5minutes.

Dish out and garnish with gulab jamuns.
