    Take a bowl keep it on a medium flame on gas pour ghee add Besan roast it in the heated ghee it turns golden add water stir it continuously add sugar and try to not make any lumps in the halwa

  2. 2

    Keep it aside let it cool after then you make a flower and butterfly or any other shape you want

  3. 3

    Your delicious homemade besan halwa flower and butterfly is ready enjoy
