  • 1/4large avocado
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • Water to correct thickness
  • 2 tablespoonscocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoonnatural honey
  • 7almonds
  • 1 tablespoonchia seeds
  • 1 tablespoonbrown flax seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the almonds, chia and flax seeds in a spice grinder.

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients in the blender and blend, correcting thickness with water or milk.

  3. 3

    Correct sweetness with honey or sugar.
