Ingredients

4 people
  1. 250 gmMozzarella (cut into cubes)
  2. Bread crumbs (take enough to cover all cubes)
  3. Flour mix
  4. 1 cupPlain flour
  5. 1 tspCornflower
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspOnion powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Egg mix
  10. 3eggs
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. Pinchblack pepper powder
  13. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Take a big bowl. Mix all ingredients evenly in “flour mix” list. Keep aside.

  2. 2

Take separate bowl add salt & pepper with 3eggs, mix all well.

  3. 3

Take bread crumbs in another broad bowl as covering egg soaked can get messy if small bowl.

  4. 4

Now take few cubes of mozzarella and follow the steps - Step1: Put the cubes in flour mix. Cover all with flour. > Step2: Remove excess flour and deep into Egg mix. > Step 3: Put the egg covered cubes in bread crumbs, roll into it and cover them properly with crumbs. > Step 4: keep the cubes on a tray separately. (You can make more than you need to fry and keep the bites in fridge to fry later for 7 days)

  5. 5

Heat oil in a deep pan. Put few bites (4-5) in one batch because have to fry for very short time. Fry until traces of melting cheese shows (that would be few seconds) then take them out or cheese will melt and mix inside oil. This is just more than enough and takes very short time yet comes out crispy, stringy and yummy.

I am a dentist but cooking is my passion. I am more focused on creating my own recipes which is a bit different from traditional cooking ,gives punch of taste to the taste buds, minimum use of fatty stuffs and very importantly, saves my time because I don't wanna spend my whole off days and holidays in kitchen. So thought of sharing my little knowledge about easy cooking in this busy world. That's why I'm here. :) ( Don't forget to brush your teeth after dinner. ;-)
