Take a kneading plate add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda

Along with oil, curd mix it well add Little water and knead soft dough. Give rest of 1-2 hrs.

After resting add a tsp oil knead it well and make equal 8 balls.

Put iron tawa on Medium flame. Sprinkle dry flour on platform put dough ball flatten it in oval shape. Apply water and stick kalaunji and coriandor leaves. Roll it and turn the roti on platform. Apply water on whole roti. Now stick this roti on hot tawa from side where applied water. Put flame high for a second. Got bubbles

Turn tawa directly to the flame and roast all the sides. Take it out from tawa with the spatula

Apply ghee / butter and serve hot with sizzling hot dal Makhani. Enjoy with Your dear ones.
