1 cupchicken strips
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp lemon
1 tsp soya sauce
Ingredients for coating chicken
1 egg
1 packet kurkaray chips
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Take a bowl add all the ingredients of chicken and marinate it for 2 hours in fridge.

Now take a plate add kurkaray and bread crumbs mix it.

Beat the egg in bowl with fork set aside.

Heat the pan add oil then take a chicken then dip in egg cost with crumbs and kurkaray chips and fry it.

Take a plate set kurkaray fried chicken strips eat with ketchup.
