  2. 1large Onion
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 pieceginger
  5. Red pepper
  6. Spinach
  7. Carrot

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pumpkin into cubes

  2. 2

    Boil the pumpkin carrot plus spinach till very soft

  3. 3

    In a pan fry the onions garlic and ginger (plus whatever spice you desire) optional

  4. 4

    Then add the pumpkin and spinach plus carrot and fry slitly

  5. 5

    Let it cool down before blending

  6. 6

    After blending you can warm it up to desired temperature enjoy
