Stuffed Sausage Pasta

#WEARETOGETHER I experimented with basic chicken mince today, into making sausages out of it. It was so different from the normal breakfast sausages, and finished within minutes! The process is a bit lengthy, but worthwhile. Happy Cooking, Happy Sharing.

#WEARETOGETHER I experimented with basic chicken mince today, into making sausages out of it. It was so different from the normal breakfast sausages, and finished within minutes! The process is a bit lengthy, but worthwhile. Happy Cooking, Happy Sharing.
Steps

First make the sausages. Add chicken mince, spices, and green chillies to grinder. Finely chop it until it becomes like a paste.

Take some mince into your palm, add some shredded cheese in the middle, and form a long sausage. Place it onto the cling film and wrap it tightly. Cut off the ends of the film to make separate sausages.

Place in fridge for an hour until firm.

Boil pasta with 1 tsp salt. Drain and set aside. Boil water in a separate pan. As it boils, add sausages to it. Turn off heat, and let sausages simmer for 2 mins. Drain and set aside. After cooling, cut off the cling film from the sausages.

Add oil in a pan, add milk. Add salt and tikka masala, mix and adjust taste. Add pasta and mix well. Add whole sausages or cut into pieces. Serve hot.
