Mash the boiled potatoes. Cut the onions into small pieces.

Take a wok. Add refined oil into it. Keep the flame medium. Add onions and fry till it becomes golden brown. Add mashed potatoes, dabeli masala, pomegranates and peanuts. Mix well.

Now half cut the pav and take a full serving spoon of mixture and put it into the pav. Toast it with butter on tawa from both the sides. Garnish it with anar dane, coriander leaves and sev. Serve with garlic chutney and coriander mint chutney.
