This is very simple recipe , my brother inspire me always as he. Is foodie, so i try new dishes , and evry home we find leftover roti so i thought lets make something healthy snack out of it and it z vry easy and loaded with vegtble also

Take 3 roti cut into small pieces and sprinkle water and let it set for 10 mints

Now add cut onion, carrot -capsicum and greenchily Note : add your favourite vegetables, coriander evn you can add process cheese if you wish to

Now add spices - salt according to your taste red chily powder -1 tspn (you can spicy up according to spicylevel)as green chily added and finally chat masala mix all together and make ball shape or any shape of your choice,

Pre heat oil, and fry the ball in low to medium flame, once it turn golden brown it's ready

Serve with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney (green chutney) even it's taste wth cheese deep
