Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl for a uniform mixture. Roll the mixture with wet hands into 3-4 cm pellets and place sparingly on a baking sheet lined mold (if the dough is too soft to shape, cover and transfer to the refrigerator for half an hour).

Click the stamp on each ball to create the sample. The stamp scatters the balls and that's fine.

Bake for only 10-8 minutes, until the cookies are firm to the touch and still bright and soft in the center.

Cool completely before serving (when hot cookies are easily falling apart). Keep in a sealed vessel at room temperature.
