Stolen from tik tok but used raos sun dried tomato pesto instead because I hate chunky tomatoes and was literally the easiest thing ever. Probably not healthy though.

Stolen from tik tok but used raos sun dried tomato pesto instead because I hate chunky tomatoes and was literally the easiest thing ever. Probably not healthy though.
Steps

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

Add orzo, Boursin, 4 cups chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes or pesto, garlic, and Italian seasoning to a Dutch oven. Do not stir.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, add extra chicken broth as needed and sliced sausage (and spinach if using).

Stir until sausage is heated through and spinach is wilted.
Tips
Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic or add more vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
