  • 1ब्रेड पैकेट ५०० ग्राम
  • २५० ग्राम चीनी
  • १ लीटर फ़ूल क्रीम दूध
  • २ चम्मच कस्टर्ड पाउडर
  • ड्राई फ़्रूट
  • १/२ लीटर रिफ़ाइन्ड तेल

  1. 1

    ब्रेड को २ भाग में कट कर ले और फिर १ मिनट के लिए डीप फ़्राई करे

    साइड में चासनी बना लें। १/२ लीटर पानी में २५० ग्राम चीनी डाल कर

    दूध को आधा जलाए और फिर कस्टर्ड पाउडर डाल कर ५ मिनट बोईल करे

    थोड़ा ठंडा होने पर ब्रेड को एक ट्रे में रख कर पहले उसमें चासनी डालें और फिर कस्टर मिल्क और फिर ड्राई फ़्रूट से गार्निश करें
